By accessing or using donoblox (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

donoblox is a platform that facilitates Robux donations between Roblox users via Roblox game passes. When you donate through donoblox, you are purchasing a Roblox game pass owned by the recipient. donoblox does not process payments directly; all transactions occur on the Roblox platform and are subject to Roblox's own terms and policies.

donoblox is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using donoblox you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

The Service uses Roblox OAuth 2.0 to authenticate users. You must have a valid Roblox account to sign in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session and for all activity that occurs under your account. donoblox does not store your Roblox password.

You agree to sign out of your account when you are done and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your session.

All donations made through donoblox are in the form of Roblox game pass purchases. Once a game pass has been purchased on Roblox, it is subject to Roblox's refund policy, not donoblox's. donoblox cannot reverse, cancel, or refund any completed Roblox transaction.

Donation transactions expire after 10 minutes if not verified. If your transaction expires, you must start a new one. donoblox is not liable for any Robux spent on a game pass that could not be verified within the expiry window.

Game passes with regional pricing enabled are not eligible for donations through donoblox.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to engage in fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity.
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer donoblox or the Roblox platform.
• Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the Service without our consent.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users through the chat or donation features.
• Post spam, hate speech, or content that violates Roblox's Community Standards in the live chat.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Circumvent any rate limiting, access controls, or security measures.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Service.

The live chat feature is provided for community interaction. You are solely responsible for any content you post. donoblox reserves the right to remove messages and ban users who violate these terms or Roblox's Community Standards, at our sole discretion.

Chat messages are stored for up to 50 messages in history and may be retained for moderation purposes.

All content, design, logos, and code on donoblox are the property of donoblox or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

“Roblox,” the Roblox logo, and Robux are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. donoblox uses these marks solely to describe the services being provided and makes no claim of ownership.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DONOBLOX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DONOBLOX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF ROBUX, DATA, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $10 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless donoblox and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding liability, disclaimers, and indemnification survive termination.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not available, in a court of competent jurisdiction.
